Purchasing Management and Ethics : How Far ?
Résumé
In the course of intensification of the economic war, competitors and their victims occasionally feel the need to take breath. In a world where most economic and social factors, formerly national and relatively stable marks, are continuously knocked down by the evolution of sciences and techniques, questioning of an ethical order are expected to bloom here and there. The aim of this paper is to present in an adequate perspective ethical behaviour and purchasing management. The second part shows how the spirit of co-operation is necessary for win-win negotiation to take place. With basis on the game theory. The authors show the need of mechanisms or signs to create mutual trust between players, mainly when dealing with products and services of uncertain quality.
