A photographic montage of an old woman holding a bucket in front of the Shah’s palace in Tehran. The text can be translated as : “... among the 55,324 villages of the country covering a population of 21 millions, there is 43,801 villages representing 16.6 millions of people lack running water.” The poster was published on the occasion of the fifteenth day of the month of Sha'bân by the Ministry of culture and islamic guidance of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which logo is at the bottom left.
