Eric Lacombe

Résumé

Our research explores the conditions of agility of Information Systems. Our professional experience in information organization has led us to the concept of information seed, a holon. The HMS Holonic Manufacturing System also relies on this architecture. We will show the emergence of this concept in these two cases of use, then their differences, in particular their positioning in relation to humans. We will show that this question is linked to the very essence of the IS and information technology. In conclusion, we will discuss a path of convergence.
