We here look at the distribution of polish and french workers within the small city of Rosières (Cher, France), inhabited only by workers of a medium sized industrial company. Spatial, professional and ethnic segmentation follow here similar lines. We then look at the social effects of this organisation, paying a particular attention to the interactions between members of the different populations.
