Time, Space and 2D/3D visualisation of architectural evolution

Abstract

The informative modelling workshop‘s priorities :
- Put the emphasis on visual displays of evidence (whilst underlining the more general interdisciplinary aspect of this research theme).
- Apply the approach to real cases (a unique “architectural paradigm”: the gothic cathedral, with however eyes attentive to various spatial granularities, and with a collection of instances observed starting with Tours' Saint-Gatien Cathedral)
- Confront results with our 14 “safeguard” rules for informative modelling.
