The contributors of this book aim to provide balanced and grounded knowledge wich contributes to the understanding of what makes urban regions more or less attractive for economic activities, such as creative and knowledge-intensive industries, and within these subsectors additional selections enable comparisons between 3 urban regions across Europe : Dublin, Milan, and Toulouse. The book learns urban conditions wich are seen as necessary to enhance the competitiveness of urban economies across the European Union.
