Violence de la loi et exigence du droit dans l'Antigone de Sophocle
Résumé
Antigone's reading is filled with philosophical and juridical implications. Sofocle's work is the pretext for a reflection about the lack of mediation between the law in general and the peculiarity of the actual instances in the context of the classical Hellenism. Antigone stages the battle between the nomos and the daily life, unveiling the lack of the ancient Greek poleis' "social thought". The chance for a mediation between universal and particular differentiates the "hard" approach of the law and the "sweet" approach of the ius.
