Abstract
Presents the European Defence developments in 2017 and 2018- the Permanent structured cooperation and the European Security Initiative. The first, very inclusive, lies within the Union, the second, in response to this inclusiveness, is outside, but highlights its complementarity.
Présente les développements de l’Europe de la défense intervenus en 2017 et 2018 - la Coopération structurée permanente et l’initiative européenne de sécurité. La première, très inclusive, se situe au sein de l’Union, la seconde, en réaction contre ce caractère inclusif, est en dehors, mais affiche sa complémentarité.
