New generations old practices? Untangling the multiple intersection of mobility, crises and intergenerational transmission in migrations between Argentina and Italy
Résumé
This paper explores the intersection of migration, crisis, and generations within Argentinian families of Italian descent, in the context of remigration to Italy. It examines how migration serves as an intergenerational and recurrent strategy to navigate crises and how crises structure generational collectives, distinguishing those who leave from those who stay.
