Les notations musicales en Chine
Résumé
After defining its scales and the main relations of consonance since antiquity, China in the first millennium developed musical the notation of fingerings for the zither and the lute, then at the beginning of the second millennium notations using the names of notes. Apart from the zither whose modes of playing are very precisely fixed, the other instruments use interchangeable notations that emphasize heights and durations.
