Pléthon : dans quelles harmonies chanter les dieux ?
Résumé
In order to save the Roman Empire and the world, Pletho, deliberately ignoring the Christian Single Saviour, offers each man to find his place and to understand his role of being an articulation in the harmonical “Great Perfect System” of the universe, in which man would tune himself at any moment by means of his pneumatic breath.
In this contribution we discover that it is the science of mathematical harmonical proportions, still valid for the scholars of the 15th century, that can help us understanding why, in Neoplatonism, the Principle (archê) is both linked and disjoint, in an articulation with what comes from it and is set by it in order.
