Résumé
It is in the light of the analytical repertoire of the sociology of translation that we will study the "fluctuations" of the actors, the positions taken, the agreements, the controversies and arguments that run through the "translation" of a problem. deleterious effects of maternal alcohol, as a public health priority recognized by a "community" of actors willing to act together. It is this general process of "translation" [Callon, 1986] that will be presented here. We will see successively the evolution of the successive formulations of the problem of fetal alcoholization in Reunion and with which actors, how this problematization has gradually been imposed by means of tools, alliances and spokespersons. And despite local controversies has become a national public health priority.
