ENHANCING ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY THROUGH SOCIO-ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT CONSULTING: A CASE STUDY

Résumé

Agile companies are those organizations which out-perform over a long period the average performance of their industry. Those companies properly orchestrate perceiving, strategizing, testing and implementing innovative actions. This paper shows how the Socio-economic approach to management enables the enhancement of nimbleness and illustrates the concepts through a case study of an agile company in Europe.
