When questioners count on the recipients' lack of knowledge. A recurring "question / answer" format in guided tours

Résumé

The paper deals with an activity that can be delicate because of its projected sequential development. In contrast with different formats have been described for sequences opened by questions relating to different functions (i.e. searching new knowledge, checking the questionee's knowledge) , the studied format seems to count on the questionee's lack of knowledge, and consequently project the questioner own answer. The paper examines the way this type of question is received and treated in the context of guided tours.
